Senior Director, Policy Strategy

The Senior Director of Policy Strategy will lead the development of the Foundation’s policy team, which will serve as a resource to the grants program and program-related investment team. This role will be responsible for building out the policy function within the Foundation, inclusive of developing work and team strategy, hiring and leading a talented team across several office locations nationally and building effective and sustainable policy-related practices that support the Foundation’s mission and North Star goal.

Learning and Evaluation Officer

The Learning and Evaluation Officer is part of our collaborative Learning and Evaluation team that participates in strategic discussions that identify the Foundation’s goals for prioritized initiatives, and how we can measure progress towards these intended goals. By partnering with Foundation staff, third-party learning partners and grantees, the individual in this role will have opportunities to turn data into compelling stories, articulating the value of our grantees’ efforts, the impact to the Foundation’s overarching goals and learnings for the postsecondary and philanthropic fields.
