Jessica Diep

Manager, Grants Administration

Jessica serves as the primary administrator for the ECMC Foundation’s grants management system. Her role focuses on developing and recommending policies and procedures related to the grantmaking processes and on the implementation of the Foundation’s policies and procedures related to grants administration. Prior to joining ECMC Foundation, Jessica served as a Research & Evaluation Program Manager for the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Community Safety- Gang Reduction & Youth Development (GRYD), where she led the development and implementation of GRYD’s Diversion and Reentry Programs and oversaw the implementation of GRYD’s Intervention and Prevention Programs and initiatives. She brings experience in managing complex data systems, strategic planning, program development and evaluation, and providing capacity-building support. Her experience also includes serving as a research associate at the California State University, Los Angeles, and UCLA.

Jessica holds a master of science in Forensic Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles and a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
