Building an Inclusive Emergency Aid Approach: Supporting Dual Enrolled Students at Compton College

In late 2020, Compton College President and CEO Dr. Keith Curry teamed up with Believe in Students and Edquity to launch the first known emergency aid program for dual-enrolled students, providing nearly $60,000 in direct aid to an underserved segment that federal pandemic assistance had largely overlooked. The resulting report on this pilot program, "Building an Inclusive Emergency Aid Approach: Supporting Dual Enrolled Students at Compton College," provides insights, outcomes, and recommendations on better supporting future students.
