Jessica Diep

Jess Diep is the Manager of Grants Administration at ECMC Foundation, where she oversees grantmaking operations and systems to drive efficiency and maximize impact. She leverages technology to streamline processes, develops policies for effective grants management, and fosters cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operations. With expertise in strategic planning, data systems management, and capacity-building, she brings a comprehensive approach to philanthropy and grants administration. 

Prior to joining ECMC Foundation, Jessica served as a Research & Evaluation Program Manager for the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Community Safety- Gang Reduction & Youth Development (GRYD), where she led the development and implementation of GRYD’s Diversion and Reentry Programs and oversaw the implementation of GRYD’s Intervention and Prevention Programs and initiatives. She brings experience in managing complex data systems, strategic planning, program development and evaluation, and providing capacity-building support. Her experience also includes serving as a research associate at California State University, Los Angeles, and UCLA.

Jess holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles
