Our six grantee partners oversee the majority of programmatic activities for the CTE Leadership Collaborative (LC), while ECMC Foundation serves as the connective tissue to ensure collaboration across programs. The invite-only annual convening, which brings together current and alumni ECMC Foundation Fellows, is a key part of the LC’s effort to inspire and facilitate collaboration across the CTE field.
The four goals of these convenings align with those of the CTE LC as a whole, including:
- building community
- increasing knowledge
- introducing opportunities
- raising awareness in the field of postsecondary CTE.
Fellows participate in a range of plenary, breakout and skill-building workshops at the Convening, equipping Fellows with a better understanding of the issues and opportunities within postsecondary CTE, uplifting promising practices and inspiring collaboration. The annual meeting offers networking opportunities across topics, approaches, disciplines and geographies.
