The CTE Leadership Collaborative (LC) Fellow Video Spotlight is an opportunity for ECMC Foundation Fellows (Fellows) to share one focused aspect of work from their fellowship program with the CTE LC community. 

Fellow Video Spotlight applications are open now. The deadline to apply is July 18 by 11:59 PM PT. 

The selection committee will accept a limited number of applicants to present at the CTE LC Convening, which will take place October 7–9, 2025 in Austin, TX. Slots are limited, and presentations will be timed to not exceed two minutes. As there will not be time to present a cumulative overview of fellowship work, presenters are encouraged to highlight one focused but impactful learning that has sparked particular interest or relevance to future work in the field of postsecondary CTE. 

Proposals that express creativity, reflection and inspiration for future work will be prioritized for selection. 

Fellow Video Spotlight presentations will be featured before Convening sessions and during transition times. This is an opportunity to get creative and speak to the wide community of ECMC Foundation Fellows who are interested in a variety of topics and focus areas within the field of postsecondary CTE. Additionally, each Fellow who participates will receive a copy of their video to share with their networks. Video recording support will be provided.

Selection Criteria and Eligibility 

ECMC Foundation will review each proposal and make selections based on the following criteria: 

  • Led by current or alumni ECMC Foundation Fellows confirmed to attend the 2025 CTE Leadership Collaborative Convening
  • Focused on a clear, specific postsecondary CTE advancement or learning that you led
  • Bears significance for your peer Fellows and/or the broader postsecondary field
  • Highlights a focused theme or discovery you plan to explore or bring into future work 
  • Submitted through ECMC Foundation’s online form
  • Preferred but not required: Related to your fellowship project 

Timing

Fellow Video Spotlight applications are open now. The deadline to apply is July 14 by 11:59 PM PT. ECMC Foundation will announce all funding decisions—whether approved or declined—by July 25.
