Olivia Tadlock

Foundation Intern Olivia Tadlock supports and assists with projects across the Foundation that further its goals in postsecondary education.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Olivia worked as a research assistant for Rutherford Lab at the University of Delaware, where she studied student motivation in online learning environments in elementary math classrooms. She began her career as a research assistant with the Center for Research in Educational and Social Policy at the University of Delaware, where she assisted with projects focused on evaluating education programs and government policies in schools and universities throughout Delaware.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing a master's degree in educational psychology at the University of Minnesota.

Why are you working at ECMC Foundation and committed to working toward improving higher education for underserved learners?

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to continue and complete their education while pursuing what they are passionate about. Through my work in education research and policy, I have seen the barriers that underserved learners face in higher education, and I want to help eliminate those barriers so all learners have equal access to a quality education.
